We have a new toy on the farm. We've recently added pelleting capacity on site by way of a 10HP Lawson Pellet Mill with the help of a generous GF2 Grant from the Ontario Goverment. This mill allows us to not only pellet our own hops on site but also assist other growers in need of pelleting services. We now have full end to end capabilities including Picking (Wolf WHE140 Mod), Drying (2 custom batch kilns), Pelleting (Lawson 10HP mill with custom loader), Packaging (Promarks NZ600 Nitrogen flushing system) and Cold Storage in the off season.
