HESPELER GOLD PILSNER
Hespeler's Pilsner proudly showcases hops grown exclusively in Ontario. Brewed to be naturally clear with an ultra-light body; a perfect showcase for the subtle flavor and aroma of Ontario's Heritage hops.
HESPELER VILLAGE IPA
Smooth malt character balanced by fresh cedar and floral hop flavor with a striking copper color. Not overly bitter, the rich mouthfeel finishes with a slight biscuit sweetness.

This smooth golden pale ale features our organic Cascade and Nugget hops. It has a soft body with a sweet back bone. Not excessively bitter, with hard to pin down notes pf apricots, lychee and tangerine. Easy drinking, yet incredibly flavourful.

This light and refreshing Canadian Pale Ale embodies everything that is Tuque de Broue. Light, clean and delicious, this beer for every occasion bursts with fruity aromas such as peach, apple, cedar and corn. Following on those notes, we have a refreshingly excellent flavour that is dry, and yet with just enough sweetness to keep a consumer wanting more. The finish of this beer recalls a clean winter day, where every Canadian can’t help but put on a tuque.

The Alley (formerly Keystone) is the first and only micro-brew restaurant in Stratford. We brew a wide variety of small batch beers onsite that will make you very happy! Our brew master, Kyle Nesbitt is a seasoned brewer using his knowledge to brew one-off special small batches only available within the restaurant.
On tap we always have our Kolsch, which is a lagered ale that’s sure to win over the pickiest of pallets. We also regularly have our Session IPA, Saison, Kviek, Belgium wit, Belgium blonde ale and many other special one-off batches. Come and have a seat at the bar and try them all!

The latest iteration in this Third Moon series showcasing Ontario-grown hops. In addition to Sabro, this batch is brewed with Triple Pearl from Tavistock Hops. It has a creamy body with flavours of coconut and tropical fruit.
