Our mission is to help brewers and beer connoisseurs alike explore the terroir of Ontario Grown hops. The fertile soils of Western Ontario impart uniqueness to the hops grown within them. AlphAroma (Rakau) 7-10% Alpha
A 1980’s triploid seedless smooth cone hybrid from New Zealand. It is considered a super alpha aroma variety with very high potential yields. The unusually high alpha/oil profile makes this a very potent all- purpose hop. In New Zealand, this varietal was rebranded as Rakau. Expect aroma's of Stone Fruit, Red Licorice and Grassy notes.

Cascade have been a pillar of the brewing industry since its release in the 1970's. This versatile Aroma hop is a standard for IPA styles. Our Cascade have notes of Citrus and Mango

Glacier 3.5-5% Alpha
This versatile hop is an excellent substitute for Fuggle, Willamette, Tettnang. Our Glacier have notes of Citrus, Herbal, Earthy and hints of fruit.

Hallertauer Mittelfrüher 5-8% Alpha
Hallertau, Hallertauer and Hallertauer Mittelfrüher are all names for the original German Hallertau variety. Dating back more than 100 years, it stems from an old German landrace and is one of the original four “noble” hops. It features a lightly flowery and spicy aroma.
